To hide or make it private, the buyer needs to pay a fee, if not, the artist has the right to post it in their social medias to advertise themselves, with the first option keeping the buyer anonymous unless stated otherwise, where the buyer asks to be tagged.3.0. About Nsfw: buyer of 18+ age ONLY can request it, if i find out the buyer lies about their age, they'll be blacklisted for a unknown time or maybe until they turn 18.3.2. About gore and blood: only 18+ people can request gore; blood is fine 18- but the buyer can't ask for excessive violence unless they are 16+ ; extreme is only reserved to 18+.3.3. About Complicated content/ Taboo, kinks: only 18+ buyers can request it; ask for my comfort about drawing it.• FICTIONAL ONLY: NO IRL. sonas are not included, but they need to be of a 18+ owner and to me to have their consent.
the no IRL rule includes any real person, deceased or alive, but characters with historical figures names are okay as long as they are not explicitly meant to reprensent them. meanwhile modern figures are not included in this exception.3.3.1. things I'll absolutely NOT DO(don't assume these are the only ones, i can reject a kink if i don't feel comfortable even if not included) :
racial kinks ( fantasy races are not included in this, but if the race looks too similar to an irl ethnic group, I'll not draw it). bathroom kinks. Underage characters NSFW. (gore is not included in this as long as it's not sexual)4. About touch ups and communication:4.1. Contact: please use the chat / DM feature so we can communicate.4.2. Changes: I can do a lot of small changes, until I feel is enough, big changes also if it's done early. but don't abuse it or else I'll warn you i can't do more corrections, like asking for big changes in a almost fully finished piece. buying you acknowledge the changes i do and what's enough for me is abstract.
after that you'll be charged an amount that increases number of changes (big changes cost more. ex: redo the artwork pose after the sketch was accepted).4.3. Live drawing: I also like to do lives with the Buyers so they can do corrections or see the process, it's not obligatory but if the person refuses they acknowledge I'm more prone to mistakes.4.4. I'm not responsible for buyers who want to ignore communication. / ignore me, and if they forget to talk to me/ ignore my dms and it becomes past deadline they can't be refunded for deadline reasons. but if they come to talk to me again the art can continue.5. About refund: refunds are allowed for reasons as:
taking too long than stated on TOS to finish your com (if you aren't waitlisted);
Waitlisted client gave up and don't want the drawing anymore.6. i have the right of refusal7. What I can do:
